Pet of the Week: Three-legged German Shepard

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Our Pet of the Week is an eight-year-old German Shepherd named Skyla Mae. She is a tripod, meaning she has three legs. The Mobile SPCA does not know how she lost her leg, but she doesn’t seem to be bothered by it. She can run around just fine. She has a very sweet disposition, but Robin Strickland with the Mobile SPCA prefers that she be in a home with older kids.

If you would like to adopt Skyla Mae, please complete her pet adoption application. Her adoption fee includes her spay, vaccinations, and microchipping.

Thanks to Premier Turf Gulf Coast for sponsoring our Pet of the Week segment. Premier Turf Gulf Coast is a locally owned company that specializes in installing American-made synthetic turf. Their turf is pet-friendly and pet-preferred.
