Precious Tripod Dog Refuses To Eat Until She Gets a Kiss

It’s always hilarious when our dogs pick up little habits that aren’t exactly tricks, just things they’ve decided are part of the routine. For example, whenever I drop something on the floor while cooking (and it’s dog-safe, of course), I yell “housekeeping!” and our tiny Pomeranian comes sprinting in to vacuum up the cheese or crumbs. Well, a sweet little tripod pup named Honey has her own special ritual: She refuses to eat her meals until she gets a kiss on the forehead. And honestly? It might be the cutest thing you’ll see all day.

Just look at this precious girl waiting for a kiss!

The sweet clip was uploaded to the TikTok account @whatshoneydewing, and people think this dog is too adorable.

One person said, “Dog sitter here, that is a dream of a dinner command. I’d be thrilled.”

Another person added, “Her waiting patiently and looking at you instead of her food.” She really does look so sweet. Another reply read, “How does one sign up to be her dog sitter? She is the cutest!” Another dog parent has a similar situation with their pup and responded, “The younger of my two German Shepherds will sniff the food in his bowl, but won’t eat until the older one starts eating, or at least until I’ve poured his bowl, too.” Awww, that’s actually how people are also supposed to behave, wait until everyone is served before they start eating!

Someone else swooned over this entire situation and responded, “Oh my God, I love her so much, the ears, the gallery wall, the amputee, the command, she’s so cute, holy hell.”

Agreed! She really is beyond adorable. I’d spend all day kissing her!

Other than absolutely melting over Honey, a lot of people seemed pretty smitten with the gallery wall, so let’s get into it!

How To Make a Feeding Area Gallery Wall

I love it when pet parents do the absolute most for their fur babies, and creating a gallery wall for their feeding area is such a cute way to honor them and decorate the home.

A lot of people include items like an obedience class certificate, a family portrait, or a drawing of their pet. It’s even cuter if a child who’s familiar with your cat or dog creates the artwork! You can find frames at thrift stores or at your local hobby shop, and a lot of those places have coupons you can find online.

Some pet parents even change up the art for the seasons or add things like Christmas lights or photos with Santa and their pet. There are so many cute ideas on Pinterest or Instagram, and you can find a tutorial here. Happy decorating!
