Golden Retriever Doubles As ‘House Alarm Clock’ and It’s Pure Sweetness

I’m not and have never been a morning person. I still have to get up early for work and other responsibilities, but it’s not by choice. Even on days that I can sleep in, my dogs won’t allow it. Their built-in alarm clocks of needing food and a bathroom break kick in and they make a point of waking me up. They use whining, barking, and pawing at me until I drag myself out of bed and it’s quite effective.

Nauti the Golden Retriever takes things a step further and makes the rounds to wake her family members every morning.

In the TikTok froom @nauti.doggo, the gorgeous Golden was wide awake in her dog bed and let out a long growlish-whine. Apparently, it was time for everyone to rise and shine.

“Our dog the ‘house alarm clock’ wakes up the babies with pure gentleness,” the onscreen text read.

Nauti’s mom encouraged the punctual pooch to go into her kids’ rooms for their wake-up call. The Golden Retriever happily walked toward the bedroom wagging her tail, excited for her usual morning routine. When her mom opened the door, Nauti jumped on the bed and continued her vocal rumble-whine combo to rouse the two children awake.

The kids didn’t seem to mind Nauti’s early morning greeting and complied with her pleas to start stirring. Her tail never stopped wagging as she enjoyed snuggling between her two loved ones.

Followers Applauded Nauti’s Morning Routine

Viewers of the video were in favor of Nauti’s approach to starting the day and would welcome the wake-up in their own homes.
