Dogs often have their favorite games, and sometimes it’s hilarious how different their preferences can be with each family member. For example, our Pit Bull loves a tug-of-war battle with my husband and son but would rather play fetch with me. For this tiny Chihuahua named Dakota, the game she plays with her dad brings her so much excitement that it’s downright contagious!
Watch as Dakota’s dad—towering at 6’7″ next to her 5-pound frame—takes a huge gulp of air and lets the suspense build before finally blowing it out at her. Dakota can hardly contain herself, and her reaction when the air finally hits is absolutely too cute for words!
Dakota’s dad has just as much fun playing the game as the dog does, and Mom loves watching the two play, sharing in the caption: “She loves him so much!” It’s clear that the feeling is mutual!

Viewers left more than 1,200 comments about sweet Dakota playing with her dad, and some of them were too cute. @Step21OH! pointed out, “That little bark said, ‘Now. DO IT NOW!'” Mom replied, “Hahahaha, yes, she def will let you know what she wants!” @Karigan added, “She’s like HURRY UP! AGAIN!!!”
Anna Wilson started a conversation when she shared, “This is the side of Chihuahuas that I wish everyone could see.” @thestevenbidwell replied, “Instead of the side where they are vicious and bite?” But Mom wasn’t having that and responded, “Dakota doesn’t bite anyone and is never vicious. That’s on the owners for not training and socializing properly.”
@sav_valkiyre said what we were all thinking: “Um, I think that’s HER man?! LOL!” Mom totally agreed, “It’s true. We can’t even hug without her scream-barking at us to be a part of the hug!” Dogs can get very jealous, and it’s too cute when they try not to let anybody else have their favorite human!
