Meet Dopey, a 2-year-old special-needs cat who lives with other cats but isn’t quite sure how to interact with them. Dopey’s mom shared a video of her watching the other kitties play, and hundreds of viewers immediately related to the adorably socially awkward cat.

Watch as Dopey’s mom gently tries to coax her out of her com-furt (see what we did there?) zone and encourage her to join in. The look on Dopey’s face makes it clear she’s not quite ready yet, but everyone watching is cheering her on and hoping she figures it out in her own time!

During the video, Dopey’s mom explains that her cat doesn’t know how to play. Hopefully, Mom figures out some ways to engage and entertain the sweet kitty!

Viewers had some very funny things to say about Dopey and her socially awkwardness, and many of them totally know how Dopey feels. Like @amandawatchty, who got 38k likes when she admitted, “This is me as a human.” Another commenter added, “I get you, Dopey.” “Dopey is me,” said @asyiaphh. @Sofie agreed, “This is low-key me on a daily basis.”

Everybody could relate when @Ash! shared, “This is EXACTLY how my teachers talked to me at recess.” She then added, “Girl, I’m fine. I was just shy!”
