In 2022, Winston the seagull and his human friend made their TikTok debut. The unbothered bird had flown into his pal’s apartment on a whim one day, and their lives have never been the same. After the two shared a snack, the sneaky seagull made a point to come back again and again.
By now, they’re best friends! Winston’s visits are often the best part of his friend’s day, but sometimes, he’s in quite a rush to get in and out. On February 6, for example, he took ‘fast food’ to entirely new levels by scarfing down his breakfast in a matter of seconds!
OK, bye, Winston! This hungry seagull seems like a happy customer, but he’s not around long enough for anyone to tell. Fortunately, he comes back nearly every day, so he must enjoy the meals his friend generously sets out for him.
“Schedule was tight today, I see,” noticed commenter @impulsivejay. He could have at least said hello or goodbye! Seagulls don’t mess around when it comes to food, though, and this guy is no exception.

@Jomopipper wrote, “The fact that it’s only him coming and he hasn’t told the others is something.” Maybe that’s why he’s in and out so quickly! If he stuck around, he might give up his favorite breakfast spot, and that would be a nightmare for everyone.
Some eagle-eyed viewers even noticed the painted portrait of Winston on the wall, so it’s safe to say that this wild bird has a home away from home with his human friend. Building trust with an animal can be a beautiful thing, and this is the perfect example!
What Do Seagulls Eat?
Some feisty seagulls attack beachgoers for the sake of sandwiches and snacks, but these opportunists eat more than whatever junk food they can find. In fact, some seagulls are both scavengers and predators! Seagulls eat insects, marine life like fish and crustaceans, worms, and even small mammals.
Winston has been enjoying a diet of fresh fish when he stops by his friend’s apartment. No wonder he keeps coming back! He might have been in a rush to leave, but everyone knows he’s thinking, ‘So long, and thanks for all the fish!’
