It’s not unusual to find cats hiding, though some of their hiding spots are more unusual than others. But this fostered cat named Finch came up with one that we’ve never seen before, and it’s cracking everybody up!<\/p>\n
Rosie, @rosieandtheshelterpups, volunteers at her local animal shelter and often fosters animals there. She met Finch there and noticed right away that she was “spicy:” scared and aggressive. She decided to foster her, and after spending her first night in her new home, Rosie found Finch hiding in the funniest spot possible!<\/p>\n
Rosie<\/a> explains that being in a small, enclosed space makes Finch feel safe and secure, and we get it. People loved it and had a lot to say about it. @klynn got more than 147k likes when she pointed out, “SHE WAS JUST SCARED!” @rafertwhy received 177k likes when he said, “Not under the rug, LOL! She is not even spicy; she was just overstimulated.” @Jas agreed, “She didn\u2019t look p*ssed at the shelter, she just looked so terrified.”<\/p>\n @crlt_a shared, “Stopp iittt, the way she crawled into your arms, realizing she was safe!” @Kim Wilson agreed, “That is the quickest turnaround I have seen with a kitty. Excellent.” Rosie explained that Finch had been adopted and returned to the shelter, adding, “I worked with her for a little over two weeks before she was adopted, so I think she might have remembered me.”<\/p>\n Rosie also posted another video of where she found Finch on morning #2 in her new home, and guess where she was… underneath the carpet again! The same happened on morning #3, but on morning #4, she was sleeping in the cat hammock in her room.
