My Dachshund<\/a> needed a little time to adjust when we brought home our Pug mix. She let us know she ‘didn’t get the memo’ about gaining a new baby brother in a variety of ways \u2014 pointed looks, keeping to herself, as well as the legendary pooch pout. After a few days, she started enjoying the nonstop adoration her younger sibling gave her and realized he was actually a lot of fun.<\/p>\n Like my Doxie, Wally the Golden Retriever<\/a> tends to let his feelings show and was an easy read when his parents brought home a foster puppy.<\/p>\n In the TikTok from @wally.meets.world, the Golden Retriever had his head down in his mom’s hands. The despairing expression on his face spoke volumes.<\/p>\n “My overly emotional Golden Retriever’s reaction to our foster puppy,” the onscreen text explained, with the caption adding, “It’s a lot to process.”<\/p>\n Wally’s mom did her best to reassure him that the situation was temporary, and tried to appeal to the canine’s compassionate side.<\/p>\n “She’s only staying for a few days, buddy,” Wally’s mom told him. “She only has three legs \u2014 you have to help her, okay?”<\/p>\n Wally raised his head and turned to look at the pup to see if his mom was telling the truth.
