Anyone who happens to be a parent to a dog who seems to be always begging for food \u2014\u00a0yours, their own, or both \u2014\u00a0should at least take comfort in the fact that they are not alone. Trying to get more food and treats out of the human in their lives is a very<\/em> typical doggy pastime, after all.<\/p>\n It’s hard to say if any dog can get their point across quite as well as the Mini Goldendoodle<\/a> below, though. Just listen to those howls!<\/p>\n According to Louie’s mom, he’s already had his dinner, but far be it from him to let that stop him from begging for another.<\/p>\n Even just being reminded that he already ate is offensive to him. That is such a sassy howl!<\/p>\n No word on whether or not his mom gave in, but who could blame her if she did?! But if they’ve recently eaten a meal and are still begging for food, it doesn’t necessarily mean that your dog is still hungry.<\/p>\n As PetMD points out, there are a lot of reasons to explain the begging behavior<\/a>. The site claims that since dogs love food so much and their sense of smell is so strong that they simply can’t help themselves. They might be stuffed, but there’s always room for more when you’re a dog, apparently.<\/p>\n Other dogs might just want your attention and have found that if they beg for food, they get it (even if it’s not the good kind of attention).<\/p>\n If you’d like to put a stop to this behavior ASAP, there are a couple of things you can try. Next time they beg, ignore the behavior entirely.
