Cota has already made history as the winningest Chesapeake in the breed\u2019s history.”<\/p>\n Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, also called \u201cChessies<\/a>,\u201d are one of the most esteemed water dogs in the United States. Known for their strong stamina, high intelligence, and unwavering loyalty, these hardworking hunting dogs have a waterproof coat as well as relentless determination.
