According to this video, Shipley is a one-year-old Golden Retriever with an energetic personality and a burning desire to be \u201cthe branch manager.\u201d<\/p>\n
Well, she certainly showed that she can manage a branch in this footage, LOL. This intrepid dog, who lives with her loving humans in Oklahoma, was so determined to take this massive tree branch home with her that she was willing to sacrifice the ability to \u201cwalk in a straight line,” in order to do it!<\/p>\n

Notice how she waits for her human\u2019s approval, turning her head all the way around even though she has a massive tree branch in her mouth.<\/p>\n It’s absolutely adorable how she really wants to check in with them to make sure that it is okay for her to take this branch home so she can add it to her \u201cstick collection.\u201d<\/p>\n And of course, once Shipley gets the go-ahead, she is off and running! Her fluffy tail is wagging wildly in total excitement as she heads home to add this massive tree branch to her prized stick collection!<\/p>\n Golden Retrievers have a tendency to hold items in their mouths<\/a>. This instinct is deeply rooted in their heritage because human hunters would use their breed to recover game, causing these dogs to develop this greatly beloved instinctual behavior.<\/p>\n They have a natural affinity for water, a keen sense of smell, and an intellect (sometimes) that makes them well-suited hunting companions.<\/p>\n Additionally, Golden Retrievers are also renowned for their cheerful, energetic personalities.
