He throws his head back and howls dramatically, without even bothering to get up off the floor, as if personally offended by the lack of peace. It is not aggressive, but it is not subtle. It is a full performance. Whether anyone asked him to or not.<\/p>\n Huskies are known for being social, expressive, and highly bonded to their families<\/a>. While they can be loud and dramatic, that communication style often comes from a strong attachment and awareness of what is happening in the home.<\/p>\n They are energetic and playful, which can make them wonderful companions for older kids<\/a> who can match their activity level. With proper training and supervision, many Huskies are gentle and protective with younger children as well.
