A\u00a0Canine Rescue of Central PA (CRCPA) volunteer spotted the young shepherd collie mix in York County, Pennsylvania, in August 2025, but couldn’t catch her. The next day, more CRCPA volunteers teamed up with Find Toby, a community that reunites lost pets, and Nighthawk Drone Services to search for her.
