He thinks they’re the best thing ever<\/em>.<\/p>\n In a TikTok posted by @kirstengarrison<\/a>, a very happy pup can be seen standing in his backyard during a full-on rainstorm, panting with a giant, goofy grin and wide, expectant eyes fixed on his mom through the window. He sprints across the yard and launches himself into the puddle with full-body commitment. Then, just as dramatically, he races back to the window, springing into the air and snapping playfully at the falling rain<\/a> as lightning flashes behind him.
