In a video shared by @wilbur_minidox, two very proud long-haired mini Dachshund<\/a> siblings, Wilbur and Palmer, are on official birthday duty for their baby sister. Each has two pastel balloons tied around their waist \u2014 pink and yellow.<\/p>\n They carry the look of dogs who take their job very seriously. The text on screen reads, \u201cWaking our daughter up the morning of her 1st birthday with her very first best friends,\u201d and that\u2019s exactly what\u2019s happening. Two tiny guardians help their human sibling start her big day in style.<\/p>\n Dogs and babies together should count as some sort of therapy. And this viral clip pretty much confirms it. It starts upstairs, where Wilbur and Palmer sit patiently as their dad attaches the ribbons to the balloons. They sit there like tiny, balloon-wearing guardians, while their mom walks down the hall, cake in hand.<\/p>\n Then comes the best part \u2014 the parade into the nursery. The baby\u2019s already standing in her crib, hands waving, as her furry siblings trot in behind their mom, tails wagging and balloons bobbing.
