My dogs make coming home a true joy. No matter how many times I go out, my senior Dachshund<\/a> and Pug mix welcome me with pure love and excitement. They always let me know with their immediate greeting and wagging tails that they’re happy to see me. I’m sure most,\u00a0if not all, pet parents would agree that this is one of the sweetest things about having a dog.<\/p>\n Wally the Golden Retriever<\/a> apparently shows his enthusiasm before his parents even reach the door. He recently stayed at his Grandma’s house but was ready to leave the second he caught sight of his mom and dad.<\/p>\n In the TikTok from @wally.meets.world, the precious pooch’s parents got out of the car and strolled up the walkway. They hadn’t even made it to the steps when they got a glimpse of their Golden. There were windows on either side of the door where Wally could be seen with his paws scratching on the glass, almost trying to break through it to get to his parents. He moved over to the door to see if he could get it to budge, but no luck.<\/p>\n Wally literally couldn’t contain his excitement as he impatiently waited for them to open the door. His mom told him to sit, but he returned the command with a look that seemed to say “seriously?”<\/p>\n He didn’t even wait for them to come inside \u2014 he bolted out to greet them with kisses and a nonstop wagging tail the second the door opened. Wally’s high spirits continued as they all went inside, where he showed his parents a toy and checked to make sure they hadn’t left again.<\/p>\n “The reason we rush home from everything,” the caption explained.<\/p>\n Many dogs \u2014 including mine \u2014 jump up<\/a> on their loved ones when they walk in the door.
