A dog named Pancake recently blamed her owner when her favorite toy went missing. The English Bulldog<\/a> did not waste time when something in her house went missing, and an Instagram video from her owner, @thebabypancake, shows Pancake digging through her toy pile and then freezing. Unfortunately, her favorite toy is not there.<\/p>\n Soon enough, the dog turns to her owner and blames her for the missing toy, with the video\u2019s on-screen text explaining, \u201cPancake couldn\u2019t find her favorite toy and immediately blamed me.\u201d The owner defends themselves, writing, \u201cBefore I get accused I need to say I didn\u2019t move anything.\u201d<\/p>\n However, Pancake had already made up her mind. She stared at her owner with an expression that looked like an accusation, then barked as if she was demanding answers, with the video even translating her energy with the caption, \u201cWhere iz it hooman,\u201d followed by \u201cLooks like I\u2019m in trouble.\u201d<\/p>\n Dogs learn that humans make things happen, such as opening doors, pulling out treats, taking them for a walk, and grabbing toys from under couches. So when something they expect is not there, many dogs look to the nearest decision-maker. This is just pattern recognition, along with a little frustration.<\/p>\n Pancake\u2019s frustration escalates when she tries to march herself into position under a chair, wedging between the legs to bark again. Unfortunately for her, she cannot squeeze through, and she has to back out. The owner jokes, \u201cThankfully karma intervened.\u201d<\/p>\n Viewers loved the drama, with some joking with Pancake\u2019s owner that it was \u201cstill your fault,\u201d while another playfully joked that the \u201cpotato is too big to get through\u201d the chair. One person said Pancake looked like a dad who can\u2019t find the TV remote.
