My dogs sometimes get into mischief or do something selfish. Whether it’s going through the garbage or stealing each other’s treats, my Dachshund and Pug make their share of mistakes. They usually show feelings of remorse with me, probably because of the expression on my face or certain tone in my voice. Yet their consciences don’t seem to bother them when they cross a line with each other. They’re perfectly comfortable swiping stuff from each other and never feel the need to make amends.
Pancake the Bulldog clearly feels the same way when it comes to her furry friends. She was recently on a playdate with her fur baby buddies Gigi and Thor and claimed a certain piece of furniture without asking permission.
In the TikTok from @thebabypancake, the presumptious pooch sat in a cushy dog bed as her two playmates stood to the side and looked at her with a touch of disdain.
“Watch Pancake be judged by Gigi and Thor for stealing another dog’s bed,” the onscreen text shared.
It’s safe to assume that Pancake took the bed for herself without checking to see if her pooch pals wanted a turn. Gigi and Thor seemed to communicate with their eyes, almost as if to say, “can you believe the audacity?”
Still, Pancake was unmoved. She obviously enjoyed the comfort of the dog bed and made no bones about having it for herself. The brazen Bulldog barely gave her four-legged friends a glance and made no attempt to share.
At one point, Gigi couldn’t take Pancake’s selfishness anymore and stormed off in protest. The Bulldog barely blinked.
“Pancake doesn’t succumb to peer pressure,” the caption explained.
Pancake and Gigi Have a History
This isn’t the first time Pancake has pulled something like this. The Bulldog and her pal Gigi go way back and have been friends for some time. Apparently, Gigi is used to Pancake’s antics.
A previous TikTok revealed Pancake sitting on Gigi’s favorite blanket and refusing to move, despite Gigi’s attempts to gently yank it out from under her.

“Pancake has no self-awareness,” the text read, sharing that she “cannot take the hint.”
Gigi obviously has an enormous amount of patience with her pal Pancake, though hopefully the Bulldog will start to be a little more considerate of her canine companion.
