Sweet Bonded Tabby Cats Have the Most Beautiful Eyes That Say, ‘Take Us Home!’

Not all cats are bonded. You can visit a shelter and find plenty of single kitties to bring home. However, there will typically be a pair of cats who can’t live without each other. They love each other too much to part ways, and when that’s the case, they’re marketed by the shelter as a bonded pair.

Two Tabby cats are in this boat right now, and they might just be the cutest bonded pair of all time. They have precious eyes, and they’re really staring into everyone’s soul a little bit to beg for a home.

Thistle and Majo will find the most loving home ever together, I just know it. It can’t be my home, but I wish it could! They look exactly like the kind of sweeties I’d love to have. They’re gentle boys, according to their foster mom, and they’re only 5 months old!

They’re currently in a foster home, though their foster mom would love for them to have a home by the New Year. Unfortunately, finding a bonded pair of kittens a home is not nearly as easy as it is for a single cat. Most people looking for a kitten are prepared for one, and one only.

These two kittens are playful, and though they’re a bonded pair, they’re very social. They like to interact with people, and they’re very snuggly. Since they’re kittens, they’ll fit very well into a wide variety of homes! Kittens are like sponges: they soak up their surroundings.

They have yet to find a home, though. Their mom loves having them, so she’ll continue fostering after the New Year if she needs to. I have faith, though. The boys are too precious, and they’re so big now, too.

Bonded pairs of cats are relatively common, especially in shelters. One of the things that can lead to this behavior is a shared traumatic experience, which many shelter cats have.

If a pair is bonded, the shelter will not let you separate them, and you shouldn’t try. Without their counterpart, bonded cats can be aggressive or even become depressed. Don’t let that happen to Thistle and Majo: somebody give these sweeties a forever home together!
