Looking at a Golden Retriever puppy, it’s easy to see why they’re so lovable. They ooze charm and joy and look like literal sunshine. The only thing that levels up their innate cuteness is when a Golden is in their own bubble of bliss. For some dogs, that happens when they eat their favorite snack or take a cozy nap on their parent’s bed. But for one, a Golden getting a belly rub turns him into a floppy bundle of pure contentment.
This heart-melting video captures a Golden puppy enjoying belly scratches so good that he simply gives up on trying to stand upright. His relaxed joy makes it impossible not to smile. Take a look!
TikTok user @allevamentogoldenvertigo shared a video of one of their cute puppies, a Golden Retriever, in a state of happy bliss.
Sitting with his human, he’s lying on her lap on his back with his belly up. Stretched with his legs out, this puppy is having the time of his life, in total zen, getting his belly rubbed by his mama.

How To Bond With Your Puppy

According to the American Kennel Club, a few great ways to bond with your puppy include being fully engaged, learning their body language, and starting and reinforcing a routine. And as you’re learning and growing together, the site explains that patience and persistence will help over time as you and your dog build that bond. Remember, it’s for life!
It’s so sweet to see how loved this fluffy puppy is, and he deserves a belly rub as long and often as he wants!
