Hangry Black Kitten Has Major Meltdown When His Dinner Is Late

Benny is an extremely vocal 2-month-old Black Kitty who isn’t about to sugarcoat his feelings. His mom recently posted a pre-meal video of him on TikTok, and it’s clear he strongly objects to the amount of time that has passed since his last meal.

As his mom opens the door, Benny is waiting with his “I’m starving” cry, perfectly prepared to make her feel really bad for him. Although, as several viewers pointed out in the comments, it’s probably only been minutes since he last ate—but he’s convinced it was long enough for him to waste away. @1xbrittanyrose jokes, “Poor thing probably hasn’t eaten in two minutes!” while @Lizzz added, “Girl, by the sound of that, has it been days since he ate???”

Of course, his human reassured everyone that her little void kitty is just vocal every single time he sees her. This is his normal greeting, and it just gets louder near mealtimes.

“Hi! Are we hungry?” is all Mom has to say to get the little guy all worked up. His screams could be heard around the world, and his wild head tilting makes us wonder if he’s part owl, not just cat. He moves his head from side to side like a little robot, but his screeching doesn’t waver.

Another commenter made a hilarious comparison: “Twisting that head around like Salem from Sabrina the Teenage Witch!” 🤣

One comment really stood out to us: “It’s funny because this is what happens when my husband comes home to me!” Naturally, @mom_of_benny replied with a line of laughing emojis.

One thing’s for sure… this little drama king has the hungry cry down to a science. Benny obviously believes that every meal is a life-or-death situation. He’s just so cute, so surely his mother never tells him no!
