Dyce is a pretty easygoing Rottweiler who just happens to prefer his mom over any other humans. He tends to be a little cautious around men, not that he dislikes them, but he definitely favors his mom’s pets more than anyone else!
Well, his spare human (aka Mom’s boyfriend) takes it all in stride, but he recently put on a wig to see how Dyce would react, and I think it’s safe to say his reaction was both unexpected and hilarious! You need to watch the TikTok video posted by @dycederottweiler to really understand the humor of the situation.
As the video starts, Dyce is happily receiving gentle pats from a long-haired stranger. But everything changes when the wig comes off, and the shock and betrayal show clearly on the Rottweiler’s face. His eyes widen, and then he’s momentarily frozen in time, struggling to fully understand what exactly just happened.

He adjusts to the new development rather slowly, then needs to investigate this mind-blowing accessory that has him completely bamboozled! If the pup could have gasped from the shock, Dyce definitely would have!
What Was Dyce Thinking in That Moment?
This type of video always brings out humor in the comments section, and this time is no different! One commenter said, “I’ve never seen a dog so disappointed in my life. I was not even aware they were able to reflect deception!” 😂 Meanwhile, another described Dyce’s reaction, “And in that moment, everything he believed in was a lie!”
Someone also provided a very accurate description of what was going through the Rottweiler’s mind at that moment: “Duped, hoodwinked, and lied to. Dyce will never recover from this betrayal!” 😆 🤣
One thing is for sure—this sweet boy has a personality larger than life, and his reaction to the spare human wearing a wig perfectly captures the many faces of Dyce. We can’t wait to see more of him!
