Dogs at Summit County Animal Control available for reduced price of $28 in November


During the “FURever Thankful” adoption event, the dogs at Summit County Animal Control will be available for the reduced price of $28 through Nov. 30.

The adoption charge is regularly $94. All dogs are microchipped and fully vetted, including bloodwork, flea treatments, intestinal deworming, spay or neuter, and vaccinations. The charge includes a 2025 Summit County dog license.

The shelter, at 250 Opportunity Parkway, is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; noon to 3 p.m. Saturday; and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
