Livestock guardian dogs spend their days protecting animals around the farm, and while napping on the job isn’t exactly encouraged, everyone needs a break now and then. Beth (@bedbeth.beyond on Instagram) has five Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dogs who’ve chosen a very unusual napping spot, and it might be the cutest thing you see today.
Their favorite place to snooze? Right inside the cows’ hay feeder. Maybe it’s because it’s warm and cozy, and it still lets them keep an eye on everything going on around the farm. The only problem is that it makes mealtime a bit tricky for the cows. To reach their hay, they have to pay a “kiss tax” to the pups first. You can watch the cute video here.

Beth shared more about her pups in the caption. “The hay feeder is their favorite napping spot. Yes they have shelter, yes they have beds, no they are not cold. They are happiest in the winter months!” Great Pyrenees love the cold and snow!
