A flock of chickens did not know what they were getting into when Coco Chanel the Shih-Tzu decided to put them in their place. The hilarity that ensues had the internet in stitches.
“POV: Your Shih-Tzu thinks she’s a herding dog,” the text explains over a little buddy chasing some chickens around the yard in circles.
The caption gives us more, “The snoring at the end always makes me laugh lol. I will have to post the one of the chickens chasing her back, it’s hilarious. She sure loves her chicken friends!” We absolutely cannot wait to see the chickens putting the shoe on the other paw.
After running amok around the yard, this Shih-Tzu finally herds them into their coop. But the clip isn’t over. The last shot presents us with “Miss girl” passed out inside. She got her exercise for the day and then some.
The comment section was rooting for Coco like she was competing in Westminster. “Omg that’s hard work. They are Royalties,” @aideechavez275 jumped in. Coco’s mama replied, “That’s why she slept the next 12 hours.” Oh boy, she was tired!
Many others spoke up to talk about their own feisty beasties. @Karen covered this well with, “My princess would want you to carry her while you run around chasing them. So she could say she was chasing them.” Finally, @conny.burgemeester got us laughing, “She wants some chicken.” That might be it.

What are breed groups?
You have almost certainly heard of breeds, but not everyone knows about breed groups. The American Kennel Club recognizes 205 different breeds (other international organizations have their own systems). Each one of these falls under a breed group. There are seven in total, Hound, Working, Sporting, Terrier, Toy, Non-Sporting, and Herding.
The Shih-Tzu belongs to the Toy group, which means she’s small and bred to be a companion animal. Like many of her brethren, this tiny girl packs a big personality. You don’t want to tell her that she’s not a herding dog!
