Well, one horse did us a solid and invited us to see “a day in the life” from his perspective, all thanks to a small camera attached to his halter. The result is that we get a quiet, immersive look at life through the eyes of a gentle giant. From slow walks to curious glances, seeing things from this viewpoint is like stepping into his world for a while, and it’s mesmerizing. Take a look!

TikToker @todaywithgus introduces us to Augustus, a 13-year-old, off-the-track Thoroughbred Horse who participates in something his parents call “Gus TV.” This “TV” allows viewers to get a very unique look at life as a horse. The small camera attached to the halter offers a charming, sometimes funny angle.

Gus enjoys the frost on the ground, taking a few opportunities to lick the frosty wood on the fences before going for a jaunt with his mom to some fresh grass, stopping at the water, and then hanging out with some friends.

In the comments, thousands of people were happy to pause, sit, and watch their favorite short-form TV show, and they had thoughts.

Gus, the Horse, Is Famous on Social Media
