Never underestimate a loyal dog. They call them “good boys” for a reason, after all. And while there are many such good boys, only one can be the “ultimate” good boy.

Now, if this video is to be believed, Bruno, the Dachshund, is gunning for that title. But what could he possibly do to lay claim to the title of the “ultimate” good boy?

Well, as this video shows, Bruno wants to help his human by making sure that everything gets cleaned. And we do mean everything, LOL!

They say that cleanliness is next to godliness. But what about dogginess? If God made man in his image, and dogs are man’s best friend, then dogginess must surely be up there?

Anyway, for all intents and purposes, for this article, and for this video, and for Bruno, the Dachshund, they are bedfellows, like two peas in a pod or peanut butter and jelly.

It was just another day, and just another dishwasher full of dishes ready to be cleaned, but Bruno saw that there was still room and knew of something that desperately needed to be cleaned, so he took it upon himself to go get it and put it in the dishwasher himself.

And what was that item? Why, it was a dirty running shoe, of course, LOL. At first, Bruno just plopped that dirty sneaker down on the dishwasher and then looked at his human as if to say, “Hey, you know that this needs to be cleaned too, right?”

As if he were answering his own question, Bruno then picked up the shoe and put it in the empty spot in the dishwasher rack. We have to give it to Bruno; he definitely earns his good boy status. And he looks so darn adorable doing it, too!

As this other video shows, Bruno really likes to put shoes in the dishwasher rack. Why? That’s not the question to be asking. The question to be asking is: why not?

Whatever his reasoning may be, Bruno is simply too cute to not have good intentions. So, for now, we think he has earned his unofficial title as the “ultimate” good boy. Here’s to you, Bruno! May that dishwasher make all the shoes in your house squeaky clean, LOL!
