Many dog breeds have a distinct look, with features that immediately give away their heritage. German Shepherds, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Great Danes, Yorkies, and others have specific attributes or markings that represent their genetic lines. Even some hybrid breeds like Maltipoos and Goldendoodles have revealing aspects that point to their family tree. Yet some canines are such a combo that it’s almost impossible to tell their ancestry.
Sage is a little white rescue dog with a very unique appearance that resembles several different fur babies that aren’t canine-related.
In the TikTok from @life_bybrooke, Sage strolled up to the camera in all her full adorable glory with a curious expression. Her small face was framed by long, scruffy ears that stood up and seemed almost too big for her body.
Sage’s fur was the color of newly fallen snow with a softness that didn’t look real. Her beautiful, glacier-blue eyes peered out from under her fluffy alabaster eyebrows. The precious pooch was quite petite, giving her an almost doll-like presence.
“I can’t tell if she’s a rabbit, a dog, or a moving stuffed animal sometimes,” the onscreen text read.
Followers fell in love with the canine cutie, with some trying to guess her heritage.
“An adorable little Beanie Baby. She is so cute,” one pointed out.
“That there is a fantastical creature!” another remarked.
“Part West Highland White Terrier part… bat? Elephant? I give up, what is she?? Aside from adorable!” a follower commented.
“She looks like she needs her own children’s books about her,” someone suggested.
“A Pupbun?” a fan posted.
Sage’s DNA Results Revealed
Another post on the social media account shared Sage’s official DNA results with eagerly awaiting followers.
The female fur baby is 42.5% Chihuahua, 10.8% Mini Schnauzer, 9.4% Miniature Pinscher and Dachshund. But wait… there’s more!

The results also revealed approximately 13% “Supermutt”, which is a culmination of German Shepherd, Pomeranian, and Poodle.
Sage is obviously a mix of many beautiful breeds along with a sweet personality that makes her truly irresistible.
