The breakthrough came after a homeowner spotted Rocky on her Ring camera. Rescuers then set a trap scented with his owner’s belongings to safely capture him.

According to the Summit Daily, Rocky’s weight dropped from 50 pounds to just 28 pounds while he was missing.
