Zebby the Golden Retriever (@zebbythegolden on TikTok) is one case of finding love close to home, and his human shows us what happens when this pooch spots his girlfriend at the beach. Hint: the sweetest doggy date ever!
“POV: My dog seeing his girlfriend,” Zebby’s human described in the video’s on-screen text. What was probably meant to be a pet parent and dog outing quickly morphed into an adorable rendezvous between two Golden Retrievers.
Zebby’s pet parent gave viewers more background on the two in the post caption. They explained, “My Golden reunites with his girlfriend (she’s also his neighbor and best friend). And boy, do they have chemistry! This impromptu date is almost like a scene from your favorite animated movie.
They’re so lucky to have each other! At first sight, Zebby couldn’t contain himself as he ran off to meet the female Golden whose name is Jetty. Their names even match each other – Zebby and Jetty!

How the Goldens Spent Their Day at the Beach
The clip goes on and reveals a series of sweet moments between Zebby and Jetty. This pair spent quality time together at the beach. They ran around the beach and played in the sand. Then they decided to lounge for a bit and take in the sights. Their date was everything a beach day should be for two Goldens in love!
And commenters couldn’t help but agree and fawn over these two. “They really love each other,” gushed @gill03756 about this couple, and @nashlynjuguna added, “They are so cute.”
