Golden Retriever Puppies Playing Hide-n-Seek Under the Couch Are Too Precious

What’s better than one puppy? A whole litter! That’s right, there’s something really so special about a litter of puppies. Especially when they play hide-n-seek. Take a look at the cutest video of a litter of Golden Retriever pups playing the game with their human. The reveal of the little dogs’ hiding spot is so stinkin’ cute.

Shared by Larissa Olson, the footage is absolutely perfect. Life is good when you have a bunch of Golden Retriever puppies living with you!

Imagine waking up every day to a scene like this. What an absolute dream! There isn’t just one or two puppies crawling around the house, it’s more like nine or 10! That means there are plenty of Goldens around to play a game of hide-n-seek. It would’ve been the perfect game too if they hadn’t all picked the same hiding spot.

It seems like all the Golden Retriever puppies decided to duck under the couch — literally all of them. Which made the reveal of their hiding spot all the more adorable.

When they started coming out of the couch it was like magic. First there were one or two dogs…then there were seven or eight! It was like a stream of puppies were flowing out from underneath Olson’s couch. She’s a lucky woman. That’s for sure!

Commenters were so jealous.

“I just looked under my couch and I don’t have any of those…disappointed,” joked one person.

“*Runs excitedly to my couch to look under it then returns disappointed*,” someone else teased.

“This would cure my depression,” another commenter quipped.

“I would give anything to have my mornings start this way! Sooooo much Golden goodnesss,” another person praised.

How Many Golden Retrievers Are in a Litter?

There are so many puppies hidden under that couch. So how many Golden Retriever puppies are in a litter anyway? That’s an excellent question. And one that has a pretty surprising answer.

On average, Golden Retrievers have anywhere from four to 12 puppies per litter. That’s a lot of dogs! But there are worse problems out there than having too many adorable puppies in your home, right?
