We’ve seen numerous heart-melting pet videos on TikTok. But we’re not exaggerating when we say this one might’ve melted our hearts the most. It came from TikTok user @thank.you.leo. The video is captioned, “Thank you, Leo, for finding your way to me.” And it features the TikTok user’s adopted Labrador retriever, Leo.
In the first shot of the minute-long video montage, a caption provides context for Leo and the video. It reads, “POV: You adopted a dog who didn’t quite make the cut at service dog school, but he still loves to help out.” The video opens with Leo bringing a shirt to his pet parent, who responds by saying, “Did you pick out that shirt for me? Thank you, Leo. You’re the best boy. You’re the best boy.” Next up, Leo brings in another item. “Is that a dirty sports bra?” Leo’s mother asks. “I did really need a dirty sports bra. Thank you, Leo. Thank you”

Next up, Leo comes in and drops a notebook at his mother’s feet. You know the drill! “Is that my notebook?” Leo’s mother responds. “Thank you, Leo. Thank you so much.” Up next is a shoe. “Thank you, Leo. Should we go for a walk?” Leo’s mother responds. In the next shot, Leo and his mother are walking outside. Leo comes up and hits his nose into his mother’s leg twice. “Do we need a blood sugar boost, Leo?” Leo’s mother asks while handing him some small treats. “Good boy.”

The video concludes with Leo’s mother sitting outside, writing in the notebook Leo brought her, with Leo right beside her, staring at her with a look that suggests he’s asking if she has everything she needs and is OK.
