Hands down, golden retrievers are some of the funniest creatures on the internet. Not only are they known for their loyalty, but goldens also have an unbelievable comedic timing. Accidental or not, it’s impossible not to laugh with a golden retriever around. The evidence is shown with pups like Baker, an adorable golden retriever. Baker’s relationship with his human sister is nothing short of chaotic.
In a hilarious new clip, Baker shows he has very little patience for his younger human sister’s shenanigans. Having to play pretend with his younger sister, Baker shows no interest in imagining things that aren’t there. Despite his sister’s “cooking,” Baker has no room for imagination when there is the possibility of real food.

Baker and His Human Sister’s Imaginary Cooking Is Nothing But Chaos
Baker is patient and kind, but I’m sure even he has his limits, especially when food is involved. This was the case in the most recent chaotic moment with his younger sister. As captioned by his human, Baker was intrigued when his mom “says the small human is ‘cooking,’ but you keep coming to check, and you can’t find any food to steal.”

Clearly, Baker was stressed by the lack of real cooking happening in the kitchen. At the end, Baker returns to his mom, pleading with his eyes for her to help him find the real food. At least, he was hoping that his mom would help his sister cook actual food.
In the comments, Baker’s internet friends couldn’t help but stand up for the poor pup that was looking for food. “He says, ‘cooking? Is the food in the room with us?’ Give the fella a treat from his Internet aunties!” wrote one commenter. Elsewhere in the comments, another user shared, “He wants his money back.”
While we are positive that Baker loves and cares for his baby sister in many ways, he does not appreciate being lied to when food is involved. But alas, Baker will have to remain patient until his little sister grows a little older so she can successfully sneak him some food behind his mother’s back. Until then, he will have to continue playing pretend with his sister’s cooking.
