My only complaint with this hilarious video is that it isn’t longer. Seriously—Gideon and all his Parrot talents are a gift from above, and we will protect him at all costs. Between the way he sings “wiiiiiings” and that hot new jam, “Giddy Goo,” this is the best 48 seconds of my day, hands down!

Though Gideon is just one member of a large “flock” family (nine, to be exact!), he’s a fan favorite with nearly 727k TikTok followers hanging onto his every new word, phrase, or unbridled passion, calling out his nicknames. This is why the internet was invented!

This precious boy is 6 years old and has been in his forever home since he was 16 weeks old. It’s become the foundation on which he’s learned so much, including his fancy way of singing!

Electus Parrots Are Really Sweet Companions

You can tell right away that Gideon is special, and it’s not only his personality. As an Electus Parrot, he’s among a breed beloved for their gentle nature, intelligence, and how welcoming they are with new family members.

Described as tranquil and good with children, these birds need a good amount of cage-free socialization time with their people. While not prone to excessive noisiness, they can be vocal and are capable of building quite the arsenal of phrases. Or, in Gideon’s case, the most beautiful symphony of his best traits (wiiiiings)!
