On Nov. 25, Dreame launched the AP10 Pet Air Purifier, a 360-degree negative-pressure air-return system that captures pet hair, dander, and unpleasant odors. The Chinese appliance brand is known for making things easier around the home, and this item is no exception.
The air purifier is not only smart but also low-waste. Turn it on by using the voice-activated controls, and monitor hair collection through the transparent canister. Once the short, seven-minute cycle is over, clean the hair from the washable filter, saving you from having to buy another one and reducing landfill waste. Those are amazing features. Voice activation makes everything easier, and who doesn’t love less waste!
My favorite feature is the built-in perch. Cats love to sit in odd places, and some will even plop on top of a regular air purifier, which could cause it to tip over. Instead, this one is prepared for the possibility. However, there’s no guarantee your cat will actually like sitting on it, but at least the option is available. While the air purifier works to reduce dander and odors for all our furry friends, the perch is a nice perk for cat parents, and isn’t so ostentatious that it’s a drawback for other fur families. Plus, the small but mighty machine covers an area of around 500–700 square feet.
