Polite Australian Shepherd Has Cutest Way of Asking Human Sibling to Play With Her

Our pets love to be the center of our attention, and @that_rock_girl23’s Australian Shepherd is no exception. She shared a video of her pooch trying to get her young daughter’s attention, and it’s the cutest thing you’ll see today.

Watch as the dog sits next to her sister, gently pawing at her like she’s poking her to get her attention. Her sister clearly isn’t acknowledging her, so she keeps pawing just like a person would do. The entire thing is adorable, but it’s the ending that really had us cracking up!

Rock Girl’s caption cracked us up, “You WILL play with me!” We get it! Our patience is sometimes in short supply, too!

Commenters’ Funny Reactions to the Impatient Pup

Viewers loved this video and left more than 2,000 comments about it! Some of them cracked us up as much as the dog did at the end, and we weren’t alone. @That Dude got nearly 32,000 likes when they shared a screenshot of the dog with a paw on her sister’s head and said, “‘Alright. That’s it. You’re going to play with me NOW, and you’re gonna LIKE it!’ LOL!” @adina laughed and added, “After she was done being patient…” @Shawntrese agreed, “You can actually see the moment she chose violence LOL!”

@Naeee got more than 37,000 likes when she pointed out, “She tried gentle parenting first… LOL!”

Commenter @thisismyname shared a screenshot of the dog looking at mom and said what she was probably thinking, “Listen, whatever is going to happen next is NOT my fault, alright?”

@Racquel shared, “My dog is an Australian Shepherd and Border Collie mix and if you gasp or say oh my gosh, he will slap you. If you wait too long to throw his ball or he wants to get your attention, he does exactly what she’s doing, but like a little rougher. LOL!” Commenter @Katie replied, “I also have an Australian shepherd and border collie mix. He is so dramatic. Doesn’t like to play unless we are playing with the cats. If he wants attention he will come over and punch us in the throat.”

Sounds like these dogs have big personalities and know exactly what they want!
