Chow Chow Meets Husky for the First Time and the Confusion Is Real

It’s hard to say what goes through a puppy’s mind when they experience something for the first time, but it sure is cute to watch. Whether it’s a funny reaction to a vacuum or their first tasty treat, all those moments become instant core memories.

Maja, the Chow Chow puppy, may be 2 years old now, but she’s only just met a Husky, and let’s just say she’s not a fan just yet!

Maja is one of those puppies who’ll make you instantly fall in love. This fluffball queen has never encountered such a yappy dog before, so when the Husky does what Huskies do, her reaction is priceless (and such a mood)!

Seeing the sweet girl go through alllll the emotions in just a 35-second clip is like experiencing the moment in real time. From relaxed and happy to making a new friend to confused by the howling, and finally concerned/afraid by running to Mom, Maja could NOT be any cuter for this!

“Mommy, it’s making weird noises,” one person joked in the comments. “Heck no,” another added. Another nailed it, writing Maja is “that one embarrassed friend.”

Despite the sweet pup’s reaction, Maja is really just s stuffie come to life when you think about it. I don’t know who wouldn’t love a squishy face like this.

Chow Chows Are Loyal Pups to The End

The American Kennel Club describes Chow Chows as “dignified, serious-minded, and aloof,” though one look at their lion’s mane and I’m smitten.

Famously known as Martha Stewart’s dog of choice, these pups aren’t for everyone, but their cleanliness, lack of odor, and ability to be housebroken quickly make them top-tier in my book.

Chow Chows are easily recognizable by their “scowling” expression and blue-black tongues, but these loyal, adaptable dogs are affectionate and friendly when socialized well from a young age (apparently, Huskies not included)!

Maja is all of the breed’s best traits and then some. But she’d rather not deal with any howling Husky, if she gets a say about it!
