Halloween is my favorite holiday because it’s the only day you can be whoever you want, and no one asks questions. You could don head-to-toe green felt and call yourself a blade of grass, and everyone’s like, “Wow, that’s so creative.”

Ollie, the Chocolate Labrador, might love the holiday as much as I do—mostly because it lets him dress as his favorite cartoon character, Perry the Platypus. This one’s for all the Disney kids out there who grew up on Phineas and Ferb!

I’m sure you’ve seen plenty of cute dog costumes, but when I say Ollie crushed this, I mean he CRUSHED IT! Maybe it’s because the good boy has a true love of the show and the character he’s channeling, but his confidence walking down the street as Perry is giving me life. Hopefully, after watching the recent video, you feel the same!

The clip may be a throwback, but it’s evergreen. The Chocolate Lab couldn’t be more precious, proudly showing off the handmade costume (made with love, no doubt), while carrying his own pumpkin to hold any treats he scores. This whole scene will now live rent-free in my head forever.

“It’s official. Ollie’s the sweetest boy on the planet,” one person praised. “His little teefs!!! I love him so much,” another shared. “That is literally the cutest thing in the entire world,” another added.

Others noted the only thing that would’ve completed the look is if Ollie’s pup brother Tato dressed as Doofenshmirtz (if you know, you know!).

Tato did get in on the Halloween action when he and Ollie had the most adorable pumpkin-themed photo shoot. It’s *chef’s kiss*!

Fun Fall Activities for Pups

With October nearly over, that doesn’t mean all the season’s activities have to end—and they can be done without trick-or-treating in a fun and fancy costume (unless they love it the way Ollie loved his)!

Whether your fur bestie joins you in the kitchen while you whip up dog-friendly pumpkin treats or they get to play with a themed toy as you prepare pumpkins to carve—giving them the stem to gnaw on—it doesn’t have to be Halloween to set the vibe. Even something as simple as setting up a DIY obstacle course in the backyard, where they can crunch the fall leaves, is enough for them to feel happy.

Besides, Ollie set the bar too high with his Perry the Platypus costume, so anything will do!
