I’m not sure what it is about cats and their motives, but they seem to be born with a little bell in their brains that rings, alerting them that it’s time to cause some trouble. Maybe the house has been a little too boring, and they’re just fulfilling their purpose to spice things up. Usually, it’s in the most unhinged way possible, but at least they’re good for a laugh!
Charlie, the Scottish Fold, is the perfect example because he seems to always be up to something. This time, it’s another taking of Dad’s slippers, which he’s done many times before. In the recent video, the sly kitty thought he could get away with it because, as Mom says, he’s in a clever disguise and thought no one would notice!

First of all, Scottish Fold felines are just plain silly. Do they understand how strangely adorable they are, and have they decided to use that to do whatever they want? Probably.
The video shows the cute little troublemaker refusing to let go of Dad’s slipper. Mom joked that he’s an Orange Cat disguised as a white one, and if you know what “peak orange behavior is,” this is it—Charlie is doing it!
As one person wrote, he’s a “white cat with an orange heart,” and that’s quite possibly the best way to describe so many diabolical kitties!

Charlie is a special little guy whose life choices are almost always questionable. Another example shows the funny boy in the sink. Is this a cat thing or a Scottish Fold thing?
Scottish Fold Cats Are Funny Cats
Described as loving, calm, and endearing, Scottish Folds are notoriously charming little sweethearts who enjoy interaction with their people, but they don’t need it the way other breeds do. They play fetch, are sometimes reserved with strangers, and are a little too smart for their own good, at times.
A fun fact about these cats is that you might catch them sitting upright every now and then, if something intrigues them. Also, they’re not huge fans of being left alone too long, and because of the down-turned ears, some other cats won’t be fans of them, as it’s a sign of hostility!
That said, this breed is just as capable of Orange Cat behavior, like any other. Charlie is proof!
