For our pup, it’s the phrase B-Y-E B-Y-E, which we have to spell, or he thinks it’s time for, you know, bye-bye. And sometimes, apparently, it’s Noah Kahan.
A Yellow Labrador named Noodle has the most enthusiastic reaction imaginable when the opening of the song “Stick Season” starts playing in the car.
TikTok user @nicoleandnoodle shared the hilarious clip showing Noodle sitting in the back seat as the song begins. The second the music kicks in, the dog completely lights up.
The Labrador starts hopping around, tail going full helicopter mode, while his entire body wiggles with excitement. It’s the kind of reaction that suggests this dog has been waiting all day to hear this exact song.
Honestly, the vibe is extremely relatable.

If you have ever met a Noah Kahan superfan, you already know the energy. My daughter loves him, and this is basically how she reacts, too, when one of his songs comes on.
People watching the video in the comments clearly understood the assignment.

The singer has a German Shepherd named Penny, who shows up frequently in his social media posts. Penny has basically become a minor celebrity among fans because she’s often seen tagging along with Kahan on hikes, outdoor adventures, and cozy moments at home.
Considering how often Kahan references nature, small towns, and wandering through the woods in his music, it makes sense that a dog would fit right into that world.
And if Noodle’s reaction to “Stick Season” is any indication, he might just be the newest member of Noah Kahan’s very enthusiastic canine fan club.
