It is always adorable when mighty, massive animals, such as a fully grown lion, act like they are still a baby. Or in this case, a playful kitten. All it takes is his human mama coming into his enclosure with a big bouncy ball, and Tsavo, the lion, is reliving the best of his playful kitty days once again!
It doesn’t really get any more adorable than this! From his undeniably playful kitty energy to the affectionate way his human mama plays with him, you can tell that Tsavo is not only a big kitty at heart, but that he is also a total sweetheart!
As soon as Tsavo’s human mama brings out his big bouncy ball, he knows it is playtime. And boy, oh boy, does he love to play with it! Tsavo rolls around on the ground with his ball, playfully pawing at it and even nibbling on it a bit. He also loves jumping for his ball and swiping at it. Honestly, he looks just like a kitten when he plays with it.
At one point, he even makes a remarkable catch when his human mama tosses his big ball in the air, catching it with both of his mighty paws with ease!

While some people might be afraid of playing with such a big cat, even though he totally gives off harmless kitten vibes, Tsavo’s human mama is totally comfortable around him, and he is remarkably gentle around her.
Clearly, the two of them enjoyed a very special bond! It’s just so adorable and inspiring to watch a gorgeous animal and their human share a special bond like this.
