Well-known animal advocate Isabel Klee has fostered over 30 dogs of varying breeds, sizes, and personalities. She is currently caring for Raven, a Shih-Tzu who is recovering from some health issues, including a recent surgery to remove a mass from her hind end. Raven has made tremendous progress and gets more energetic each day.
Klee noticed a habit Raven developed to communicate when she wants attention, and it’s downright adorable.
In the TikTok from @simonsits, Raven snuggled on the couch with Klee’s fiancé, Jacob. The Shih-Tzu was fully enjoying Jacob’s loving pets, but had an issue whenever Jacob took a break.
“You have to see the way my foster dog demands attention,” the onscreen text read, with the caption adding, “The princess demands her pets.”
Every time he stopped and moved his arm away from her, Raven literally stuck her paw out, wrapped it around Jacob’s arm, and brought it back to her. It was her own way of saying, “Get back to work.” Klee and Jacob were totally amused by her gentle insistence.
“She literally hooks her arm around it and pulls it back,” Klee said, laughing.
Raven Didn’t Allow Breaks
The precious pooch was vigilant in making sure Jacob stayed on the job. The second he stopped petting her, her paw reached out for him to continue. Her persistence for pets was too cute to resist.
“Raven, we have jobs,” Klee told her, cracking up.
Followers fell in love with Raven’s adorable requests and felt her expectations should be fulfilled.

“We love a queen who knows what she wants and goes after it!” one declared.
“’Humans are exhausting to train,’ Raven probably,” another pointed out.
“The look back like WHAT do you NOT understand about my expectations,” a follower shared.
“You’re thinking, She’s so smart! She’s thinking, How dumb can he be? I’m making it very clear!” someone joked.
“I’m Ravens attorney, and you haven’t met your contractual unlimited petting today,” a fan posted.
Jacob and Klee probably don’t get much work done with Raven around, but for a very good reason.
