Cow’s Happy Hops as She Races to Be the First One to Get a Pumpkin Are Too Cute to Resist

You know how people get all into their pumpkin spice lattes once the fall weather hits? Well we aren’t the only ones who are big fans of those orange gourds. Cows love pumpkins just as much as we do. In fact, one cow named Linda was practically sprinting to be the first one near when her human brought some pumpkins to her field. She’d never been happier! And now it’s making people smile online.

Jeff caught Linda practically skipping in the video he shared. Who could blame her? Her human had a full truck bed and trailer full of pumpkins!

This really is like a cow’s version of a PSL. Pumpkins are a delicious treat to cows. But this must not have been Linda’s first time at experiencing pumpkin season — she knew to get to the front of the fence ASAP. The cow was hopping and mooing. She was ready for pumpkins! She wanted a treat.

“Everybody’s very excited,” her human Jeff said from behind the camera. “Rightfully so.”

The man was absolutely tickled by how excited his cow was. “Oh my god! There’s some crazy stuff going on.”

Linda was certainly hyped! As were people in the comments section who absolutely loved Linda’s joyful reaction.

“Linda is the first in line for the fall drinks at Starbucks, isn’t she?” joked one person in the comments section.

“The piggies know to follow Linda because she is in the know,” someone teased.

“Give Linda her pumpkins!” demand one commenter.

“Linda is just a big, happy grass puppy and I love her,” one person gushed.

Adorably, the man shared a second video of the animals chowing down after the pumpkin had been given out. These were some very happy guys!

Can Cows Eat Pumpkins?

While it shouldn’t be a normal part of their diet, pumpkin is okay for cows to eat as a treat. It can be a good source of supplemental vitamins for cows. But more importantly, it must be delicious. Otherwise Linda wouldn’t be so excited!
