Sea Lion Has Happy Hops During Her First Snow Storm Just Like a Little Kid

It’s almost time! I’m so ready for the first snow storm of the season. I can’t wait for the ground to be covered in all that white fluff. There are some places in the country that have gotten their first snow already. Like OceanConnections in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. You know who really loved it? A Seal Lion named Moana, whose happy dance during the snow storm has gone viral online.

The rescue sea lion comes from California. She must still be getting used to the cold! No wonder why the sea lion had the reaction to the snow that she did.

First snow! It’s the first snow! The sea lion was doing such a happy dance in the video shared by OceanConnections. Moana bopped from side-to-side in the clip. Then she spun in circles before letting out a yell. As the organization noted in the caption, the sea lion was ready “for some winter fun!”

Sea lions are totally prepared to be in the snow too.

“Even when temperatures drop, sea lions like Moana are perfectly adapted for the cold,” the caption reads. “They eat more in the winter, which helps them build an insulated layer of fat called blubber.”

So there you have it! Moana is totally ready for her very first sled too.

The comments section couldn’t get enough of Moana and her happy dance.

“I made that noise when I first stepped outside this morning,” joked one person.

“I was thinking about how cold she must be, just to forget that they live in the cold,” someone else admitted.

“I wanna be that happy lol,” chimed in a third person.

“Awww her little excited cries are precious!!!” one person cheered.
