Border Collies are total showstoppers. Whether they’re show dogs, working dogs, or even just pets, they’re just so awesome. In addition to their looks, though, they have big brains and even bigger hearts!

One Border Collie is the textbook example of how precious this breed can be. Not only is she gorgeous, but the way she looks at her mom makes it clear that she knows nothing better than how to love.

Gabi Kauffman‘s Border Collie is absurdly cute. There is no other option, because as everyone knows, Border Collies love mischief. This is a good girl, but she’s no stranger to getting into things she shouldn’t.

Technically, this video is of her breaking a rule, and the most common rule she breaks. She is not supposed to be on the coffee table: head, shoulders, knees, and toes. It does not matter. However, she never follows that rule, and instead, just puts her head on the table lovingly.

This pup is actually not a full Border Collie; she’s a mix! She’s also a rescue dog, who was found in a dumpster, so they don’t have any idea what she was mixed with. It doesn’t really matter, though; whatever the mix may be, she’s 100% good girl.

OK, maybe 95% good girl. 5% of the time, she’s standing on the coffee table despite Mom’s repeated attempts to tell her to get down.

I’d let her stand on the table, too. She’s so beautiful!

Are Border Collies Hard To Train?

Border Collies are not the breed for everyone. They are wonderful dogs, but they need experienced caretakers who have not only their best interests, but their needs at heart. This is a breed who thrives with structure and discipline, as they need a routine.

They’re smart, so training often goes pretty smoothly most of the time. However, it also works against you: They’re smart enough to learn where your boundaries are and what they can get away with. They’ll recognize weak spots before you even notice them!

This good girl knows that all too well. Luckily, her loving looks are enough to melt Mom’s heart!
