Mom and Tiny Chihuahua Curling up in Bed in Matching Pajamas Is Everything

‘Tis the season to not only be festive but also to be all cozy and do some bed rotting.

And there is nothing that makes you feel cozier than getting all snuggly in bed with your beloved dog.

Case in point, this new video from the account @baothechi.

In the video, the adorable white Chihuahua with light brown ears, named Bao, is seen walking on his mom’s bed, getting right in the nook of her arm, and settling in for a good cozy nap.

And yes, of course, they are wearing pajamas.

His mom wrote in the caption, “When people ask me what are my holiday plans. My response: Stay home and snuggle with my soul dog. There’s nowhere else I’d rather be; the Grinch had the right idea.”

The Grinch also tried to steal Christmas, but I guess she means the part where he didn’t want to go out and socialize.

Bao is a good, pretty alternative to a crowded holiday party.

From the rest of this account, it looks like he lives quite the life. He does lots of traveling, enjoys cooking, and is quite the fashionista.

Seriously, his closet is impeccably organized, and he has more outfits than most humans!

Should You Sleep in Bed With Your Dog?

One of the classic questions dog parents often ask themselves is whether they are going to be the kind of people who let their dogs sleep in bed.

Dog parents are pretty divided on it.

For many people, having your sweet pup in bed with you is part of the reason you wanted a dog, as we see in the video above.

Then again, many dog parents think it’s best for the pooch not to sleep in their bed.

According to PetMD, there are both positives and negatives of letting your canine companion sleep in your bed.

Making them your bed buddy can strengthen your bond with your dog, and there is nothing like seeing that sweet face be the first thing you see when you wake up (even if there is some drool involved).
