Known for his permanently grumpy expression and grouchy temperament, Merlin, the Ragdoll cat, would be the human friend who avoids hugs and never shows affection. That’s why a recent video his mom shared—featuring “rare” footage of Merlin trying to be affectionate—has everyone cracking up.
In the clip, Merlin snuggles up next to his mom, seemingly trying to enjoy the cuddle sesh. While Mom is more than happy to shower him with pets and love, Merlin clearly has mixed feelings about the whole experience. One look at his face with those flattened ears says it all!
