Golden Retriever Fully Embraces Scalp Massage in the Cutest Way Possible

Have you ever tried one of those wire head massagers? You know, the ones that are dome-shaped with wires that open wider over your scalp as the handle is pushed down. Well, Zebby, the Golden Retriever’s, mom gave him a scalp massage, and although the TikTok video is short, it’s safe to say that he can’t wait for his next session with the masseuse.

As she starts, Zebby seems a little unsure of exactly what’s happening, but he’s up for giving it a shot. Mom slowly lowers the scalp massager down, and the wires encapsulate his fluffy head and ears as she moves it up and down. The first few passes must have felt amazing because the Golden Retriever slowly lowered his head onto his paws, and it was goodnight time for Zebby.

The video clip is only 20 seconds long, but in Golden Retriever time, it was hours. Zebby relaxed instantly, and you could even see the tension release from him as he quickly fell asleep while Mom continued to use the cool contraption on his head.

Zebby is one of the luckiest pups on the planet. His humans make sure he gets to experience so many things right alongside them, and they never want him to miss out on fun or adventures. Having a four-legged family member is more than just providing basic needs, and this Golden Retriever has hit the jackpot with such loving parents.

What Do Viewers Think?

One fellow Golden Retriever, @golden.boy.maverick, commented, “Aww, look at that squishy face.” Another viewer, @mads18540, jokingly asked, “Does he even know he exists?” likely referring to just how cute he is and how happy he makes people.

Then, @nadthingtowear admitted she was “literally melting,” and we totally get it! Honestly, just watching Zebby embrace the moment makes me more relaxed in general!

Golden Retrievers—and dogs in general—do so much for humans. It’s heartwarming to see how a simple gesture from his mom helped Zebby melt into total relaxation.
