Dogs are such angels. Dogs are so sweet. Well not all of them. Some dogs might be sweet on the outside but are pretty crafty on the inside — especially when it comes to snacks. One dog mom had people on the internet cracking up with the story she told about her American Bully. The dog recently tried to sneak a chicken nugget from their delivery person…and failed miserably.
Honestly, I get it. It’s hard for me to say no when there are chicken nuggets around. The American Bully didn’t let anything get between him and his objective that day.
Ooohh, someone was bustedddd. The American Bully was caught trying to pull off his great caper and then his mom shared the whole story online.
As the mom explained, “I opened a door for a delivery person and what did you do?” she asked the dog.

I’ll tell you what he did. The dog sprinted from the house, “jumped in their open car door, into their backseat where their child was strapped into a car seat. And then you took a chicken nugget from her,” the woman added.
Woah, woah, woah. Let’s not judge too quickly here. Some people in the comments section thought the Bully was completely innocent.
“They opened the door for me and the child offered me a nugget. What’s wrong with that?” one person joked, as if speaking for the Bully.
“To be clear…YOU opened the door!” someone else argued.
“Not guilty by reason of adorability,” chimed in a third person.
“He is an educator, the child needed to learn sharing concepts,” another commenter teased.
Can Dogs Eat Chicken Nuggets?
Hilariously, this isn’t a totally unique situation. Dogs have been known to sneak chicken nuggets here and there. Chicken nuggets aren’t bad for dogs per say — they won’t get sick. But they aren’t exactly the best for them.
Chicken by itself isn’t bad for dogs, but chicken that’s fried can be bad because of the extra oil and fat. So word to the wise, skip the nuggets for a healthy pet.
