Wally, the Dachshund, Finds the Most Unique Places To Nap and We’re All for It

Wally, the Dachshund, is at it again—being adorable, that is!

And this time, his parents have put together a compilation video of his best nap spots!

Dogs are so sweet when they are napping, and it becomes even cuter when they choose the oddest spot to sleep in despite having a nice, comfy bed (often right nearby).

Wally really makes some great choices when it comes to where he designates a nap spot.

In this video, he starts with a person’s lap, a true classic for the smaller dog breeds.

Then we see him all curled up on a tiny frisbee he barely fits on, but he makes it work! This looks like it’s a soft frisbee and not a hard plastic one, making it ideal for sleeping.

The next one is quite funny as he absolutely does not fit, but he is barely keeping his eyes open while trying to take a nap on his plastic water bowl.

As the saying goes, “If I fits, I sits,” but Wally has amended it to, “Even if I don’t really fit, I still sit.”

Then we move on to Wally napping in a half-packed suitcase. This nap spot is twofold, as it can be quite comfy, but also prevents your person from leaving you, so it is a real win-win.

Finally, we see Wally napping on a ramp that is most likely used for him to get into his parents’ bed.

But hey, if the ramp is comfy, why push yourself all the way to the bed?

Wally, the Dachshund, Is a Nap-aholic

Wally is one of two Dachshunds in this family. The other is Kirby.

From what we can see of the account, many of the videos feature documentation of Wally’s napping.

His parents like to rate his naps!

We also see from the videos that they did have to upgrade to a bigger pizza frisbee so Wally could be a bit more comfortable.

Happy napping, Wally! You’re a pro!
